Own how Paystro turns customer behaviour, product insight and market opportunity into measurable growth. You will identify where growth is won or lost, build experiments around those opportunities, and work across Product, Engineering, Growth and Operations to increase activation, retention, transaction frequency, volume and corridor growth.

Work closely with Paystro's CEO to turn strategy into execution across some of the company's most important priorities. From operations and growth to product and partnerships, you will take ownership of high-impact initiatives, work across the business, and help build the systems and operating structures that enable Paystro to scale across multiple markets.

Own Paystro's day-to-day social media presence, creating content, growing engagement and helping us build a distinctive and relevant voice across our channels. You will also manage inbound customer messages on our chat-only support line, ensuring customers receive clear and timely support.
